EPLN was invited to contributed to the EU’s 2023 report on Ukraine by providing input on the 23rd Chapter (Judiciary and fundamental rights).
EPLN outlined a series of necessary measures to address the many problems in the country’s prison system and the systemic issue of ill-treatment by law enforcement officers.
